Job Summary

This Requirements Engineer role involves taking responsibility for the design and technical architecture of subsystems within complex, highly available IT environments, often serving major automotive clients and suppliers. Day-to-day tasks include analyzing and defining both functional and non-functional software requirements, coordinating efforts between customers, system architects, and software developers, and ensuring successful system roll-out through on-site acceptance testing, training, and comprehensive documentation. The ideal candidate holds a degree in Computer Science and possesses extensive knowledge in software requirements management and system engineering for complex networks, ideally with prior experience in the defense industry and radar data processing. Success in this position requires strong technical proficiency in Linux, networking, CISCO, and Firewalls, coupled with fluent German and intermediate English skills, offering a challenging environment for professional growth.
