Job Summary

This role is ideal for an ambitious IT professional focused on ensuring the seamless operation and lifecycle management of critical business applications for clients. The IT Application Manager will be responsible for the full operational cycle, including testing, release management (upgrades/updates), change management, and problem resolution. A core part of the role involves providing 2nd-level support and acting as the primary point of contact for key users and business departments, handling incident analysis and proposing solutions. Furthermore, the manager will maintain close coordination with the Security team to ensure compliance regarding certificates and Identity and Access Management (IAM). Candidates should possess a degree in Computer Science or a strong IT background, coupled with relevant professional experience in application management.
