Job Summary
This role is for an ambitious Specialist in Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) to join FERCHAU, focusing on driving technological innovations for major clients across various industries. Day-to-day responsibilities include performing NDT examinations using techniques such as RT (Radiographic Testing), PT (Penetrant Testing), VT (Visual Testing), and ET (Eddy Current Testing) to identify material flaws and defects. The specialist will be responsible for creating detailed inspection reports and ensuring all documentation adheres to current norms and standards. Collaboration with production and quality assurance departments is essential for resolving quality issues. Key qualifications include advanced training as a Master Craftsman or Technician in Industrial or Chemical fields, proficiency in MS Office and SAP, and good command of both German and English. This position offers the opportunity to take responsibility for complex development projects and contribute to technological advancement.
Required Skills
Education
Advanced training as a Master Craftsman (Meister) or Technician in Industrial or Chemical fields. DIN EN ISO 9712 certification is advantageous.
Experience
- Experience in Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) procedures
- Professional experience in plant engineering (desirable)
