Job Summary

This role is ideal for an ambitious Chemist or Chemical Engineer passionate about regulatory compliance and chemical safety management within a technology-driven environment. Day-to-day responsibilities include ensuring strict adherence to critical chemical regulations, specifically REACh, SCIP, and CLP. Key tasks involve conducting REACh conformity checks for existing and new systems, monitoring regulatory changes, and managing the creation and review of safety data sheets (SDS) and product safety information. The role also requires maintaining the hazardous materials database, approving new hazardous substances, and optimizing internal hazardous materials management processes. Successful candidates must have a degree in Chemistry or Chemical Engineering, proven knowledge of REACh and CLP regulations, and experience in creating SDS. The position offers the chance to collaborate with external working groups and contribute directly to environmental compliance, making it a critical position for maintaining operational integrity.
