Key responsibilities include proactive diagnosis, troubleshooting within the complete vehicle system, and maintaining clear communication with customers and specialized technical departments. Successful candidates must bring professional experience from an automotive development environment, coupled with specific knowledge of vehicle software upgrade processes. Advanced proficiency in various flashing and diagnostic tools, including E-SYS, EDIABAS/INPA, SWL-C, HRL, and SPEED, is required.
