Job Summary

This role involves supporting the scientific development, implementation, execution, and advancement of scientific methods and procedures within a regulated GMP environment. The Laboratory Expert will contribute to project work related to the technological development of pharmaceuticals, medical devices, and manufacturing processes. A key responsibility is achieving high-quality results by collaborating closely with project leads (e.g., Laboratory Managers) to meet project milestones efficiently and on time. Day-to-day tasks include solving complex scientific problems by actively driving scientific inquiries, planning, executing, and interpreting experiments, and performing measurements for design verification and characterization of combination products, ensuring all documentation is meticulously prepared. The ideal candidate holds a Master’s degree in a relevant scientific or engineering discipline and possesses professional experience in GMP-regulated settings.
