Application Support Specialist Laboratory Software / LIMS | Biologe (m/w/d)

Job Summary

This role involves the comprehensive support and continuous development of IT applications and laboratory software, specifically within a regulated GxP environment, for a leading GMP-certified contract laboratory serving the pharmaceutical, chemical, medical device, and cosmetics sectors. The specialist will manage the entire lifecycle of applications, from selection and introduction through validation, operation, and user support. Key responsibilities include system technical operations, coordinating changes and releases, performing regular system checks (Periodic Reviews), and handling documentation and validation tasks compliant with GxP regulations. The successful candidate will provide structured application support, conduct user training, manage the core Laboratory Information Management System (lisa.lims), and actively participate in the IT Service Desk, handling incidents and service requests. Experience with GxP, CSV, and ITIL/GAMP is highly desirable, making this an ideal position for an IT-savvy professional with a background in science or technology.
