Job Summary

This senior leadership role as the Head of Metering Order Management involves ensuring the operational execution of tasks within the Order Management department, including the disciplinary and technical leadership of the team. Key responsibilities include planning and forecasting annual order volumes, especially regarding the commissioning of external service providers for electricity and gas meter installations. A core focus will be leading the introduction and continuous development of IT applications to automate business processes, requiring the creation of specification documents. The Head defines and evolves crucial business processes, concepts, and operating instructions. Additionally, the role carries the significant responsibility of acting as the "Responsible Electrical Specialist" for the Metering Operations business unit. Candidates must possess a degree in Electrical Engineering, proven leadership and strategic management skills, and experience managing complex internal and external stakeholder relationships.
