Job Summary
This role offers a challenging and diverse opportunity within the SAP Operations department of the central IT division, focusing primarily on the support, development, and operation of the SAP SuccessFactors HCM Suite. The specialist will lead related projects, analyze business unit requirements, and provide expert consultation on implementation feasibility. Key responsibilities include managing the SAP SuccessFactors system, handling 2nd Level support incidents, and performing system customizing, quality assurance, and documentation. The position requires close collaboration with internal departments and coordination of external support partners. This is a unique chance to contribute expertise during the new introduction of SAP SuccessFactors, helping to shape the future HR landscape. Candidates must possess a Bachelor's degree, preferably in Informatics or Business Informatics, coupled with several years of professional experience supporting SAP SuccessFactors, and strong proficiency in both German and English.
