Job Summary

This role is perfect for a skilled Electronics or Mechatronics Technician eager to advance the energy transition by maintaining and repairing onshore wind turbines. Working in small teams near your residence in the Stuhr area, you will perform essential maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic systems within the turbines. Key responsibilities include diagnosing and resolving faults, replacing defective components, and meticulous documentation of all work performed. Candidates must be physically fit, comfortable working at great heights, and possess a professional qualification in electronics or mechatronics. While experience in wind energy is a plus, motivated career changers are welcome. The position offers continuous professional development through modern training centers and participation in extra-compensated on-call duties to ensure 24/7 operation of the assets.

Required Skills

Education

Completed vocational training as an Electronics Technician or Mechatronics Technician, or an equivalent qualification/training

Experience

  • Professional experience in maintenance and repair of technical systems
  • Experience in the field of wind energy (Ideal, but not mandatory)

Languages

German (Fluent)

  • Must be comfortable working at great heights (no fear of heights and physically fit); Must possess a car driving license (preferably Class 3 or BE); Willingness to undertake occasional travel; Willingness to participate in on-call duty shifts.
