Job Summary

This role is for an experienced SMD Technology Engineer based in Kölleda, focusing on the intricate processes of surface-mount device (SMD) and through-hole technology (THT) assembly. The successful candidate will be responsible for defining and validating process parameters for various soldering techniques, including reflow, selective, and wave soldering. Key responsibilities involve programming and operating pick-and-place machines, managing solder pastes and stencils, and performing post-soldering rework. The role also includes training machine operators, participating in continuous improvement processes, and conducting minor machine maintenance.
