Job Summary

This role is a critical leadership position managing the repair business for a global leader in elevators and escalators. The Team Leader will oversee the entire repair lifecycle, from initial order tracking and customer coordination to material procurement, securing supplier quotes, and managing external subcontractors. A core responsibility involves effective people management, including capacity and deployment planning for the team, ensuring adherence to strict occupational safety regulations, and providing technical support for quotation preparation. The ideal candidate possesses a technical background in Electronics or Metalworking, substantiated by a Master Craftsman certification or equivalent, coupled with professional experience and ideally initial leadership exposure.
