Job Summary
This Category Lead role is pivotal in driving the Direct-to-Consumer business for major consumer electronics categories, including TV, Audio, Display, and Home Appliances. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and developing the Category Management team, both technically and disciplinarily. Key responsibilities involve defining goals, managing KPIs related to assortment, pricing, sales activities, and availability, and ensuring the growth of the category management area with a focus on revenue and profit targets. The role requires optimizing existing business processes, developing comprehensive pricing and promotion strategies across all D2C channels (online shop, marketplaces, partner programs), and collaborating closely with Sales, Digital Marketing, and Customer Experience teams to enhance the overall customer journey. Ideal candidates will possess a degree in Business or E-Commerce, extensive experience in E-Commerce Category Management or Sales, and fluency in both German and English, coupled with strong analytical and leadership skills.

- Several years of experience in E-Commerce Category Management or Sales
- Initial leadership experience (ideal)
- Extensive experience in the conception, implementation, and improvement of processes and projects in the E-Commerce area (Corporate or Multichannel environment)
