Job Summary
This leadership role involves managing the Alarm Receiving Center (ARC) and its intervention services in Gardelegen, ensuring compliance with all relevant laws, standards (like EN 50518), and regulations. The Head of ARC is responsible for leading the team, executing all measures related to incoming alarm reports (EMA, BMA, UMA, AWAG), and directing intervention forces. Key responsibilities include overseeing monitoring systems, connecting hazard detection systems, developing work processes, and ensuring meticulous documentation and evidence tracking. The ideal candidate requires a technical background in electrical or telecommunications engineering, proven multi-year experience managing certified control centers, initial leadership experience, and VdS certification as a Leading NSL Specialist. Education

Experience

- Experience in monitoring incoming messages and connecting hazard detection systems
