Job Summary

This role is for a proactive Electronics Technician to join an onshore team in Itzehoe, Germany, specializing in the maintenance, repair, and inspection of wind energy systems. Day-to-day responsibilities involve working in small teams to perform scheduled maintenance, identify and resolve electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic faults, replace defective components, and ensure meticulous documentation of all work performed. The position requires comfort and fitness for working at significant heights and participating in extra-compensated on-call duties to ensure 24/7 operational reliability of the turbines. Candidates should have a background in electronics or electrical systems, ideally with experience in wind energy, though motivated career changers are welcome. The position offers continuous professional development through modern training centers and a strong team environment, with the benefit of localized deployments allowing technicians to generally return home in the evenings.
