Day-to-day responsibilities include managing patient inquiries, processing orders, returns, and credit notes, and overseeing the entire ordering process from quotation to follow-up. A key part of the job is coordinating with health insurance providers to clarify cost coverage and collaborating closely with field staff and technical teams to ensure seamless operations. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication and organizational skills, ideally have initial experience in customer service or sales support, and be proficient with MS Office.
