Job Summary
This role involves joining a dedicated onshore team as an Electronics Technician specializing in Wind Energy Systems, based near Parthenstein-Großsteinberg, Germany. The core mission is to ensure the continuous operation of wind turbines by performing essential maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair work. Day-to-day tasks include conducting scheduled maintenance, identifying and resolving electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic faults, replacing defective components, and meticulously documenting all work performed. Candidates must be physically fit, comfortable working at great heights, and possess a completed vocational training in electronics or electrical engineering. Ideal candidates have experience in wind energy, control/regulation technology, and power electronics, though motivated career changers are welcome. Required Skills
Education
Completed vocational training as an Electronics Technician, Electrician, or equivalent qualification/training.
Experience
- Professional experience in wind energy (ideal, but not mandatory)
- Experience in maintenance and repair of complex electrical and mechanical systems
- Experience with control and regulation technology, hydraulics, and power electronics
- Experience in troubleshooting electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic faults

- Physical fitness and comfort working at great heights (required for technical deployments); Driver's License (Class 3 or BE preferred); Willingness to participate in occasional travel; Willingness to participate in extra-compensated readiness duties (24/7 coverage).
