Job Summary

This role involves ensuring the smooth operation and administration of Windows client systems within a technology-oriented environment in Bonn. The IT Client Administrator will be responsible for the full lifecycle management of client hardware and software, including the installation, commissioning, and maintenance of stationary and mobile Windows clients, as well as managing hardware refreshes. A key part of the role is coordinating closely with external service providers, managing tasks via ticket systems, and overseeing their performance. The administrator will also define, test, and approve client images, including implementing disk encryption and managing operating system updates from testing to acceptance. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced IT professional with strong Windows and Active Directory skills to contribute actively to a stable, modern IT landscape within a long-term project setting.
