Join the EY-Parthenon Strategy & Transaction Execution Team, focusing on high-impact strategic consulting for Financial Services clients, including Banking, Wealth & Asset Management, and Insurance sectors. As a Consultant, you will work closely with C-level executives to tackle complex strategic challenges, drive agile transformation initiatives, and provide critical support throughout the entire M&A lifecycle, covering integration and separation strategies. Daily responsibilities include structuring complex business problems, conducting rigorous primary and secondary research, and developing robust financial models to evaluate strategic impacts. You will also be responsible for communicating and presenting solutions to internal and external stakeholders.
