This role is for a dedicated Service Technician or Electrician specializing in the maintenance and repair of large-scale conveyor and bulk material handling systems within open-pit mining operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for the installation, configuration, and commissioning of mechatronic systems, as well as routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and fault resolution on complex machinery. Key tasks include replacing defective components, upgrading equipment, and performing cleaning and general upkeep. This position requires strong technical understanding, the ability to read electrical schematics, and a background in electrical or mechatronic trades.
