Job Summary

This role is for a Service Team Leader specializing in water and wastewater technology, focusing on managing after-sales service, technical support, and project execution for municipal clients. Key responsibilities include technical elaboration, calculation, and tracking of customer-specific quotes, along with the planning, organization, and execution of orders and projects, including material procurement. The successful candidate will lead the local service team, manage weekly resource and work schedules, and create plant-specific circuit diagrams using EPLAN P8. Candidates must possess a background in electrical or automation technology (Technician or equivalent degree), solid experience with EPLAN P8, and familiarity with ERP systems, preferably Microsoft Dynamics.
