This permanent, full-time position is part of a structured 2-year R&D Graduate Programme focusing on Product Innovation and Product Management within Biotechnology, spanning the Food and Biopharma sectors. The successful candidate will be a collaborative team player, working across Kerry’s global network to drive sustainable nutrition solutions. Day-to-day responsibilities include anticipating market trends, supporting the systematic evaluation of project ideas, and managing product commercialization, particularly for enzymes in the biopharmaceutical manufacturing market. The role involves preparing technical marketing materials, leading cross-functional projects, and supporting customer engagement and technical presentations. This program offers structured learning, cross-functional exposure, and opportunities for relocation across Europe, empowering graduates to become leading food technologists and contribute meaningfully to global sustainable nutrition goals.
Required Skills
Education
Graduate degree in Chemistry, Food Technology, or a related scientific field
Experience
- Immersion in real-world innovation projects spanning the entire product lifecycle (concept to commercialization)
- Experience in systematic evaluation and refinement of project ideas
- Professional experience in managing or coordinating development projects
- Experience supporting customer visits, international conferences, and trade shows
