Job Summary

This role is ideal for a skilled Electronics or Mechatronics Technician eager to work in the renewable energy sector, specializing in the maintenance and repair of onshore wind turbines. Day-to-day responsibilities include performing scheduled maintenance, troubleshooting and repairing electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic faults, replacing defective components, and ensuring meticulous documentation of all work. You will operate as part of a small, dedicated team, typically working close to your residence and returning home in the evenings. The position requires comfort working at significant heights and participating in extra-compensated on-call duties to ensure 24/7 operational readiness of the turbines. Candidates should possess a relevant technical qualification and knowledge in control engineering, power electronics, and hydraulics. While experience in wind energy is beneficial, motivated career changers are welcome, provided they are physically fit and proficient in German.
