Job Summary
This role is ideal for a skilled technician focused on maintaining the operational integrity and aesthetic condition of commercial properties. The successful candidate, preferably a qualified Building Services Electrician or HVAC Mechanic, will be responsible for the routine inspection of buildings and technical systems to identify faults and damages. Day-to-day tasks include performing minor repairs, supporting scheduled maintenance and inspections, and ensuring overall orderliness of the properties. A key aspect of the role involves coordinating external services and communicating effectively with tenants. Required Skills
Education
Completed vocational training as a Plant Mechanic for Sanitary, Heating, and Air Conditioning Technology, or Electrician for Energy and Building Technology, or comparable qualification.
Experience
- Professional experience in technical building maintenance or facility management (desirable)
- Experience in fault detection and repair of technical systems
