Job Summary

This role is for a skilled Building Automation Technician to join a renowned public institution in Cologne, managing the technical operations for city theater facilities. The core responsibilities involve operating, maintaining, and troubleshooting technical building equipment and specialized Building Management Systems (BMS), including measurement and control technology. You will be responsible for fault analysis, documentation, performing installation work, and regulating domestic technical systems, while also supporting larger renovation and maintenance projects. Candidates must hold a relevant vocational qualification, such as an Electrician for Energy and Building Technology or Mechatronics Technician, and possess initial experience in measurement and control systems.
