Job Summary
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Instrumentation and Controls Technician to join a major global petrochemical corporation on a permanent, full-time basis. The core responsibilities involve the assembly, maintenance, and crucial troubleshooting of Process Control Technology (PLT) systems within the chemical industry environment. Day-to-day tasks include configuring various transmitters (pressure, temperature, flow), managing signal tracing, working with standard unit signals (4-20mA, 0-10V), and performing wiring and commissioning tasks within control cabinets and distribution boards. You will also maintain PLT actuators such as valves and motor slides. Candidates must possess a completed vocational qualification in fields like Process Control Electronics or Automation Technology, coupled with multi-year professional experience in PLT system maintenance and deep knowledge of Instrumentation, Control, and Regulation (MSR) technology. Excellent German proficiency is mandatory, along with a valid German work permit.
