Job Summary

This role is for a skilled Chemical Plant Operator specializing in tank farm operations within a globally leading pharmaceutical and crop protection corporation. The operator will be responsible for driving and monitoring chemical production facilities used for manufacturing crop protection agents. Key daily tasks include executing, controlling, and coordinating filling activities, performing minor repair and maintenance work, and ensuring the cleanliness and upkeep of machinery and systems. The ideal candidate must possess a completed vocational training as a Chemical Operator or Production Specialist, hold a valid forklift license, and have professional experience, especially in the filling of chemical products. This position offers excellent working conditions under the chemical industry collective agreement, including attractive compensation, special annual payments (holiday/Christmas bonuses), and regulated 37.5-hour work weeks, requiring full continuous shift readiness.
