Job Summary

This role involves comprehensive planning and design of electrical engineering systems for modern buildings, focusing on energy, communication, information, security, and conveyance systems. The Specialist Planner will manage projects through all phases (HOAI LPH 1–9), developing technical solutions for high-current, low-current, and specialized installations, and producing detailed concept, design, and execution plans. Key responsibilities include creating CAD/BIM models, performing calculations, coordinating closely with architects, clients, and technical trades, and managing cost estimations and tender documentation. The ideal candidate holds a degree or Master/Technician qualification in Electrical or Building Services Engineering, possesses experience in technical building equipment (TGA) planning, and is proficient in relevant planning software like AutoCAD, Revit/BIM, and iTWO. This position offers significant scope for design in technically challenging projects, utilizing modern methods like BIM, and includes flexible working options and extensive development opportunities.

Experience

  • Professional experience in TGA planning of electrical and information technology systems
  • Knowledge of fire alarm systems (BMA), security systems (SIBEL), voice alarm systems (SAA), and KNX
