This role is for an Electrical Design Engineer specializing in Technical Building Equipment (TGA) projects. The core responsibilities involve comprehensive planning activities across HOAI phases 1 through 8, focusing specifically on electrical systems. Day-to-day tasks include creating preliminary and detailed designs, performing cost estimations, generating lighting calculations and metering concepts, and drafting detailed specifications (Leistungsverzeichnisse). A significant part of the job involves coordinating planning efforts with clients and regulatory authorities, ensuring technical details are implemented correctly using CAD systems (preferably Trimble Nova).
