Job Summary

This role is ideal for a technically qualified professional, such as a Construction Technician or Civil Engineer, looking to actively shape the future of a growing, family-owned construction company in Treis-Karden. The primary responsibilities involve preparing computer-aided quantity surveys based on execution plans and specifications, determining quantities through plans and on-site measurements, and creating and processing terrain models using CAD software. The successful candidate will work closely with the Cost Estimation, Site Management, and Surveying departments, and assist in developing construction schedules. Key requirements include a technical vocational qualification or a degree in Civil Engineering, proficiency in MS Office, and a structured, independent working style. Experience in calculation, surveying, site management, or billing for civil and road construction projects is advantageous, as are skills in CAD applications (specifically RIB iTwo) and scheduling software.
