Job Summary

This role is a critical leadership position focused on establishing and managing the new batch manufacturing area for Conjugation and Purification, specifically producing pharmaceuticals for cancer and other life-threatening diseases. The Team Leader will be responsible for the disciplinary leadership and scheduling of a shift team operating in 2-shift and 3-shift models. Day-to-day tasks include managing routine production workflows, ensuring adherence to GMP, EHS, and 6S standards through regular audits, and supporting the continuous review of executed batch records and material booking. The ideal candidate must possess a Master Craftsman qualification in the pharmaceutical sector or a Bachelor's degree in Biotechnology, Biochemistry, or a related field. Initial experience in manufacturing Antibody-Drug Conjugates (ADCs), including techniques like diafiltration, chromatography, and buffer preparation, is preferred, along with prior leadership experience. Excellent written and spoken German and English skills are essential for success in this role.
