Job Summary
The Water Supply and Sewage Disposal Association – INSEL USEDOM – is seeking a dedicated Electrical Engineering Technician to join their team permanently in a full-time capacity. This vital role involves ensuring the continuous operation of critical infrastructure, including 6 waterworks, 5 sewage treatment plants, and 174 sewage pumping stations. Day-to-day responsibilities focus on the maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of electrical systems and Operational Technology (OT), including automation, process monitoring, and associated sensor technology. Key qualifications include a completed education in electrical engineering/electronics, foundational knowledge of PLC programming (SIMATIC S7, TIA Portal), and experience with process control systems (EP2000). The position requires participation in an on-call rotation outside of regular working hours, making high personal commitment and flexibility essential for success.
