Job Summary

This role involves serving as the primary point of contact for all IT-related inquiries and technical issues within Akkodis, a global leader in Engineering & IT. Day-to-day responsibilities include receiving, qualifying, and prioritizing IT tickets, providing comprehensive support via phone, remote access, or on-site visits to analyze and resolve hardware and software malfunctions. You will also be crucial in expanding and maintaining the existing IT infrastructure, including client systems, Thin Clients, and Mobile Devices. The ideal candidate possesses completed IT training or significant professional experience in technical support, coupled with strong knowledge of common operating systems, hardware, and the Microsoft Office suite.
