Job Summary

This role involves the comprehensive coordination and execution of exciting building construction, interior fit-out, and infrastructure projects across all service phases (LPH 1-8). Day-to-day responsibilities include planning construction site logistics, structuring construction phases, and actively managing schedules and deadlines. The engineer will be responsible for quality assurance, reviewing work results of all project participants, and preparing service specifications and tender documents. Key requirements include a successful degree in Civil Engineering and several years of professional experience in Germany managing complex construction projects. Expertise in cost group 300 (DIN 276) and proficiency with HOAI and VOB regulations are essential.
