Job Summary

This role is for an Application Programmer specializing in the development and modernization of internal tools within a globally active, expanding company. The successful candidate will be responsible for the full lifecycle of application development, including programming and enhancing tools currently in VB6, and critically, converting these applications to modern programming languages, preferably within the .NET framework. Day-to-day tasks involve gathering requirements from specialist departments, implementing solutions, and programming interfaces across the company's system landscape, which includes PLM and SAP systems. Key requirements include a degree or vocational qualification in IT, comprehensive knowledge of SQL and/or Oracle databases, and strong .NET programming skills.
