This role is for a Customer Support Engineer to join a fast-growing deep-tech company specializing in innovative magnetic cooling technology for quantum applications in Munich. The core responsibilities involve the installation and servicing of cryostats at customer locations, providing comprehensive technical training and documentation, and acting as the primary point of contact for technical problem resolution via phone, email, and on-site visits. The ideal candidate must possess a Master's or PhD in physics or a related field, strong English communication skills, and high emotional intelligence to maintain positive customer relationships while efficiently resolving complex technical issues under pressure. This position requires international travel and demands a proactive, solution-oriented mindset to continuously monitor and improve customer satisfaction across engineering, production, and sales teams.
