Job Summary

This role seeks a dedicated Team Leader for Plasma Fractionation Production, responsible for overseeing the GMP-compliant manufacturing of therapeutic products derived from blood plasma. The successful candidate will manage the complete production process, including preparing and operating complex SPS-controlled systems, ensuring accurate documentation of all steps, and managing the timely supply and SAP booking of raw materials. A core responsibility involves maintaining strict quality standards according to GMP, Biotest, and legal guidelines, and participating in the optimization of existing production plants. Candidates must hold vocational training as a Chemical or Pharmaceutical Technician and demonstrate proven experience in GMP manufacturing of biological medicines, particularly plasma products.
