Job Summary
This role involves actively shaping the future of communication within a large industrial park environment by focusing on Unified Communication (UC) systems. The specialist will be responsible for the full lifecycle management of ITK (Information and Telecommunication) systems, including installation, commissioning, maintenance, and troubleshooting. Key day-to-day tasks include configuring analog, digital, and IP endpoints, creating technical documentation, and performing in-depth analysis to resolve technical issues and optimize systems. Candidates must bring multi-year professional experience in telecommunications, specifically within an enterprise setting, coupled with knowledge of VoIP protocols (SIP, RTP), SBCs, and TK systems (HiPath 4K, OSV). Experience with Unify systems (OpenScape Business/4000/Enterprise) is essential, and familiarity with cloud-based UC solutions like MS Teams is a plus. This position requires a strong team player with excellent German language skills (C1 minimum) and a focus on reliability and cross-functional collaboration.
