Job Summary
The Senior Consultant Energy Data Management will play a crucial role in shaping the future of the energy industry by actively contributing to the development and implementation of digital processes. This position involves analyzing complex functional requirements, developing tailored solutions, and ensuring successful implementation in close collaboration with clients. Key responsibilities include researching and integrating Energy Data Management (EDM) requirements with adjacent processes like metering, billing, and market communication, all while adhering to regulatory frameworks (GPKE, GeLi Gas, MaBiS, WiM). The consultant will utilize agile project methods, contribute to the development and customization of SAP Cloud and On-Premise solutions, and continuously enhance the TENTAC platform. The ideal candidate brings extensive project experience in EDM, deep expertise in SAP for Utilities (EDM focus), strong analytical skills, and proficiency in both German and English, demonstrating a high level of self-motivation and team orientation.
Required Skills
Education
Degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Mathematics, Business Informatics, or comparable qualification
Experience
- Several years of project experience in Energy Data Management
- Professional experience with regulatory frameworks in the energy industry (GPKE, GeLi Gas, MaBiS, WiM)
- Professional experience with SAP for Utilities, specializing in EDM (technical and functional perspective)
