Job Summary

This is a pivotal leadership role based in Berlin, where the Site Manager will oversee the smooth, compliant, and efficient operation of a radiopharmacy site specializing in the development and production of advanced PET tracers. The successful candidate will lead a team of approximately 30 experts, ensuring operational excellence, continuous improvement, and compliance within a dynamic, regulated environment. Day-to-day responsibilities include driving strategic direction, fostering strong collaboration between Production, Quality Control, and Quality Assurance departments, and overseeing production planning. The role requires a structured, motivated leader with strong analytical, organizational, and social skills, capable of managing diverse teams and making clear, solution-oriented decisions under pressure.
