This role is for a dedicated Technical Planner or Specialist Planner, ideally with a background as a Technician or Technical System Planner, seeking to transition their expertise into the design and project development phase of large-scale construction projects across Germany. The focus is on creating customized solutions for utility systems (Heating, Ventilation, Sanitary/Plumbing) for modern commercial and industrial facilities. Day-to-day responsibilities include drafting technical design plans based on client requirements, developing technical concepts, calculating materials for bid proposals, and evaluating subcontractor offers. This position emphasizes strategic conception and project development within a dedicated planning department, offering a collaborative, stress-free environment away from construction site management. Required Skills
Education
Completed training as a Technician or Technical System Planner, ideally with further qualification as a Technician or Master Craftsman in Utility Systems Engineering (HLS)
