Job Summary
This role involves ensuring robust information security and compliance within the SimZ Bückeburg environment, focusing heavily on IT-related topics and aviation safety regulations. The manager will be responsible for conducting specialized information security audits, developing and delivering training programs, and raising awareness through regular sensitization efforts like a monthly newsletter. A core part of the job is supporting the Accountable Manager and Safety Manager in implementing specialized measures and continuously developing the compliance management system. Candidates need a relevant university degree, initial professional experience in flight safety, and strong knowledge of IT security standards, particularly those relevant to the German Armed Forces (Bundeswehr). Success requires excellent analytical, presentation, and leadership skills, along with experience managing projects and teams.

- Knowledge of Flight Safety according to EU VO 1178/2011; Knowledge of IT Security, particularly the German Armed Forces standard according to A-960/1 (Basic Protection); Must be able to conduct coaching and training events; Must be able to motivate and lead employees.
