A key responsibility involves creating detailed functional concepts and defining content specifications for the software development team, aiming for maximum process automation and eliminating the need for workarounds. The ideal candidate has a background in insurance or a relevant degree in IT or Business Administration, possesses deep knowledge of life insurance end-to-end processes, and thrives in challenging, project-based environments, offering creative and sustainable solutions to clients.
