Job Summary

This role involves autonomously leading civil engineering work for technically demanding regional construction projects, specifically within logistics real estate. The Project Manager reports directly to the division management and is responsible for the technical leadership of site managers and foremen. Key daily tasks include serving as the primary client contact, coordinating subcontractors, specialist engineers, and authorities, and managing project control concerning quality, deadlines, and costs. The position requires conducting regular forecast discussions with management, assessing potential risks, and overseeing the tendering, awarding, and management of subcontractor services. The ideal candidate possesses a degree in civil engineering or equivalent technical training, coupled with several years of experience in site and/or project management of civil engineering projects, along with expertise in construction billing and scheduling.
