Job Summary

This role is seeking an experienced NDT Materials Examiner to join a client operating within the defense industry in Unterlüß. The core responsibilities involve the full lifecycle of Non-Destructive Testing, specifically focusing on X-ray inspections. Daily tasks include planning, coordinating, and executing complex X-ray examinations, often involving explosive or hazardous components. A critical part of the job is setting up appropriate test configurations, organizing test orders, and meticulously analyzing and evaluating the resulting digital image data to generate comprehensive test reports. Furthermore, the role requires proactive maintenance and repair of the X-ray systems to ensure high operational availability through preventive measures. Successful candidates must hold RT-F and RT-D Level 2 certification according to EN ISO 9712 and possess a background as an Energy Electronics Technician or equivalent, coupled with strong analytical skills and expertise in X-ray software and radiation protection standards. This position offers a stable, permanent contract with potential for client takeover.
