Job Summary

This role is a critical function within the international Non-Food Purchasing department, focusing on ensuring product availability from concept to store shelf. The Junior Process Manager will be the central expert in contract management, directly contributing to revenue targets by optimizing and developing contractual processes. Key responsibilities include the continuous proactive development and coordination of contract management processes, handling administrative international contract documentation, and acting as the subject matter expert for operational and commercial teams. The ideal candidate should have a background in business administration or a commercial field, possess initial professional experience in administration or internal sales, and demonstrate strong communication skills in both German and English, coupled with proficiency in MS Office applications and strong stakeholder management abilities. This position offers the opportunity to be a key player in optimizing international purchasing operations.

Required Skills

Education

Completed degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a comparable field. Alternatively, a successfully completed commercial apprenticeship with relevant further training or professional experience.

Experience

  • Initial professional experience in administration, management, or internal sales is desirable
  • Experience in project management or the coordination of newly introduced processes is desirable
