Job Summary

This part-time position is ideal for an experienced Tax Specialist or Financial Accountant looking to join Sonic-Sales GmbH, a leading European wholesaler in audio technology. The role involves independently managing sub-areas of financial accounting, including generating payment runs (outgoing payments and direct debits) and managing the dunning process. A key responsibility will be organizing missing documents and advisories from major e-commerce platforms and logistics providers (e.g., Amazon Seller, PayPal, DHL). Furthermore, you will support digitalization processes and handle general office management tasks such as booking travel and managing expense reports and time tracking. The ideal candidate possesses strong knowledge of accounting, tax law, and HGB balance sheet preparation, coupled with proficiency in DATEV or comparable accounting software.
