Job Summary

The Electrical Specialist will be responsible for the maintenance, service, and repair of parking garage technology across assigned properties, primarily located in the attractive inner city of Nuremberg and surrounding areas. This full-time role involves independent and self-directed work, requiring an electro-technical education and several years of professional experience. Key tasks include executing service and repair work on parking technology, supporting electrical installation and building services, performing DGUV inspections, and handling cash processing. The ideal candidate must be fluent in German, possess a Class B driving license, and agree to participate in on-call duty (both telephonic and on-site). This position offers a stable, long-term working environment with regulated hours (no shift work), a company car for private use, and a competitive fixed salary.
