Job Summary

This role is a pivotal IT All-rounder position within AWO Service GmbH, focusing on optimizing internal IT support and services in Mannheim. The primary goal is to sustainably reduce costs associated with external IT service providers by enhancing internal processes and providing optimal, future-proof IT work environments for employees and facilities. Day-to-day responsibilities include providing First-Level Support via phone, email, and on-site, managing the installation and configuration of IT hardware (PCs, notebooks, printers, mobile devices, telephone systems), and actively participating in IT projects aimed at achieving cost savings. The ideal candidate will have a background in IT systems, practical support experience, and strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows and Office applications. This position offers significant creative freedom in shaping internal IT processes, documentation, and user training, requiring a proactive, service-oriented, and economically minded approach.
