Job Summary

This role involves ensuring the smooth operation and administration of IT systems within Securitas Austria's Emergency Call Center. The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing new applications and processes, administering various applications focused on the Emergency Call Center systems, and serving as the primary technical contact for internal departments. Key responsibilities include managing receiving devices such as alarm systems and CCTV, and taking project responsibility for critical IT applications. Candidates must possess a higher technical education or relevant professional experience in IT/telecommunications, coupled with fundamental knowledge of IT application installation, configuration, and updates. This position requires strong technical proficiency in system interaction, error analysis, and a structured, solution-oriented, hands-on approach, working closely with national and global IT teams in an international corporate environment.

Required Skills

Education

Higher technical education (e.g., Electronics, Telecommunications, Information Technology) or equivalent professional experience.

Experience

  • Professional experience in IT or telecommunications (if higher technical education is not held)
  • Experience in implementing new systems and applications in a corporate environment
  • Experience in operating and handling alarm control center applications (advantageous)
